AVN.- The establishment of a parallel state for a supposed transition in Venezuela, through a process disregarding the opinions of Public Powers, marks the new phase of the coup plan that agents of Venezuelan opposition have been implementing since last April.
In an activity held in Caracas, members of the opposition coalition MUD said Monday they are trying to stop the development of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) with actions aimed at ignoring the constitutional president of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro Moros, as well as the creation of a new Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), Attorney General and National Electoral Council (CNE), even though their directors have not completed their term of office.
In this regard, Julio Borges, elected president of the National Assembly (AN), held in contempt of court (for failing to comply with judicial decisions), announced that MUD will conduct July 16 a consultative process on the ANC without authorization from the CNE.
The consultation –pursuing to ignore the power of the Venezuelan head of state, Nicolas Maduro, to convene the instance of the Original Power, which can be activated without a referendum– also hopes to validate in the international scenario plans to remove the public powers, under the excuse they are "outside the Constitution."
Borges said they will launch on July 16 the so-called "Hora 0", which translates into the "activation of a superior phase of struggle" in the streets, as they call the agenda of actions that have left dozens of dead people, more than 1,400 wounded, as well as widespread destruction to public and private property and infrastructure.
Maria Corina Machado, political leader of Vente Venezuela, said the consultative process, not enshrined in Venezuelan law, will be held in 1,600 points of the country.
"That is the Hour 0", that from 16 July "will go to another level, acquire another force", she said.
Parliamentary right insists on void procedure
Earlier, MUD deputies before the National Assembly (AN) –whose actions have no effect due to breach of judicial decisions– appointed Rafael Gonzalez as deputy attorney general this Monday, despite a decision by the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) ruling that such a procedure is null and void.
The Parliament made the appointment, challenged by lawyers before the Judiciary, at the request of the Attorney General, Luisa Ortega Diaz, who on Monday issued a message in which she adheres to the speech of opposition agents who, appealing to the Constitution, seek to disregard the Venezuelan legal system.
