China on Sunday issued a travel alert to its citizens visiting the United States, in the framework of tightening security after US troops assassinated Iranian General Qasem Soleimani.
China noted that after the incident, Washington has entered a stage of alert, as it fears facing the consequences.
Through its embassy in the United States, China warned its compatriots to be on the alert regarding security, make provisions before visiting public places, contact the Chinese Embassy or call 911 in case of emergencies or dangers.
According to experts, the United States has created a hornet's nest in the Middle East without measuring the consequences, after it assassinated Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al Mohandes, deputy commandant of the Iraqi militias, in Iraq this week.
