Maduro denounces Colombia's intention to infiltrate paramilitaries to Venezuela

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, denounced on Thursday the pretensions of the Colombian Government of wanting to infiltrate paramilitaries within the national territory, in order to generate destabilization in the border area and thereby generate a conflict.

The precise leader that is behind these plans is the Colombian oligarchy, with the United States Government (USA).

"They have been infiltrating groups of paramilitaries on the border to harm the Venezuelan population that lives in our beloved land, to try to install a set of provocations, in our territory", Maduro said during the act of the Command Transmission of the military bodies, from Fuerte Tiuna, in Caracas.

Given this, the President called the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (Fnab) to be on the highest alert, with false positives.

"I reiterate the denunciation and reiterate the order to the Joint Staff to the Military High Command, maximum alert to guarantee peace, sovereignty and territorial integrity and that no false positive of the Colombian oligarchy can achieve its objective," Maduro stressed.

He also stressed that Venezuela has always sought peace between the two peoples and will continue to be so, despite the plans of the groups opposed to the Bolivarian Government.

These plans of the US and the Colombian right have been condemned and denounced by the Venezuelan head of state, and underestimated by the media campaign promoted by the national and international right.

To protect the defense of the country, Maduro once again called the civic-military union between the Venezuelans and the Fanb.

"I have the security admirals, generals and officers, that once again the civic-military union of people and Armed Forces (Fanb), that once again the great operational and professional capacity of the Bolivarian National Armed Force, will make the victory triumph of peace, because our victory will always be peace, peace with homeland, peace with equality, peace with life, "he stressed.
