Israeli warplanes and artillery targeted several towns and valleys across southern Lebanon, while a drone flew over Baalbek and nearby areas.
The Israeli occupation targeted several areas in southern Lebanon on Saturday with artillery shelling and airstrikes, Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in southern Lebanon reported.
In detail, our correspondent said artillery shelling targeted Wadi al-Salouqi, while Israeli warplanes carried out an airstrike on the town of Kfar Tebnit in the Nabatieh district.
Al-Mansouri and Zibqine valley also came under intermittent shelling, while a drone strike targeted the area between the towns of Nabatieh al-Fawqa and Kfar Tebnit.
Israeli aggression is ongoing
Israeli artillery fire also targeted the outskirts of the towns of Haddatha and Baraachit, as well as Wadi al-Salouqi and Wadi al-Hujeir.
Meanwhile, a drone was spotted hovering over the city of Baalbek and neighboring towns during the morning hours.
These attacks come amid continued Israeli violations of the "ceasefire" agreement. The Israeli occupation forces continue to carry out massive demolition operations inside southern villages, while shelling other villages with artillery and conducting airstrikes using warplanes and drones.
The ongoing aggression has also continued despite direct negotiations held between the Lebanese authorities and the Israeli entity over the past few months, which resulted in the “framework agreement".
