A new caravan of 30 cars once again drove through the city of Miami, Florida, to demand an end to the aggressive policies the government of President Donald Trump is enforcing against Cuba.
Alianza Martiana, an organization of Cuban immigrants who favor the end of the harsh economic blockade, organized the event over the weekend.
As they did last October 7 and on previous occasions, the vehicles unfurled Cuban flags, incessantly honked their horns and carried the lights on to draw attention to their claims.
Along with the end of the US blockade on Cuba, participants also demanded the granting of immigrant visas to Cubans at the US Embassy in Havana, a service interrupted two years ago.
Likewise, they requested that Americans be able to travel to Cuba without restrictions, and there were signs of solidarity towards the Venezuelan Revolution headed by President Nicolas Maduro.
